Each day of SDCC, we’re going to do something different. Today, we’re talking about superhero workouts! You might recall a few months back, we talked about superhero training and getting your workout on. Everyone exercises for different reasons – for us, we wanted to be healthy, and look good in our spandex suits. We both had prior exercise experience, so for us getting back in the gym wasn’t terribly difficult. But we know that’s not true for everyone. Luckily, if you want to get in shape and don’t know where to start, Neila Rey has the answer! She has over fifteen years of experience, and the website currently hosts 147 different types of workouts. All the exercise routines are bodyweight, which means no gym membership required! There’s even a section to help you change the way you eat. Some of the routines are 30-day challenges, and others are there to get you started. They’re all themed, and there’s a theme for everyone!
